SilverCross is based in Amsterdam. Our name is taken from the coat of arms of Amsterdam, the official symbol of the capital of The Netherlands. It consists of a red shield and a black pale with three silver Saint Andrew’s Crosses.

SilverCross Global Small-Cap Fund is a public fund for joint account and was established under Dutch law as an initiative of David Simons and Chris Andrews. IBS Fund Management BV is the manager of the Fund, a 100% subsidiary of IBS Capital Management BV. The Administrator of the fund is KAS Bank NV.



SilverCross Global Small-Cap Fund has been established with the aim to offer investors access to a diversified, yet concentrated portfolio of smaller companies listed globally. The investment team of SilverCross executes a specialised investment strategy that focuses on in-depth research in a concentrated number of listed global small-cap companies. The primary objective is to seek long-term capital growth by investing in high-quality companies that are fundamentally undervalued.
